In conjunction with member Dan Boylan of DLB Custom Homes and TruNorth Architecture, Talking Rock is excited to introduce a new concept in custom homes to our community. Homestead Five is a collection of five custom home plans, each one with a unique and distinctive design.

This collection is a timeless interpretation of the Talking Rock architectural persona. It borrows from both urban and city living with its open, bright spaces, use of non-traditional angles and dramatic rooflines while staying true to the essence of high country living.

Two words aptly describe this home: Light and open. You will immediately be struck by the extensive use of glass and creative use of light sources, bringing the outside in. Spaces for intimate gatherings as well as larger functions were one of the key design elements for this magnificent home.
