Talking Rock, a private, master-planned residential golf community in Prescott, is breaking ground on its Signature Series of homes, designed and built by Arizona-based builder Mandalay Homes. The pre-designed luxury homes offer a trio of flexible floor plans that provide owners with an array of choices, including a flex room, a den, three and four-car garages and space for both a golf cart and dog run.
Mandalay Homes, recognized by the Department of Energy for building exceptionally energy-efficient homes, joins an impressive portfolio of other builders at Talking Rock, a community anchored by a Jay Morrish-designed championship golf course and luxury homes that reflect the Frank Lloyd Wright influence by which they were inspired. Homes included in the Signature Series range from 2,397 to 3,006 square feet, sit on either half- or full-acre home sites and go to great lengths to incorporate the exceptional outdoor living the Talking Rock community affords. Homes start at $535,890. A model home and three spec homes are expected to be complete this summer.
“Not only is Mandalay Homes an award-winning, local builder recognized for its energy efficiency, but it also offers Talking Rock residents the premium design and aesthetic choices they desire,” said Taber Anderson, chief investment officer at Symmetry, a True Life Company. “Adding new builders to the mix at Talking Rock provides additional options for our residents, and compounds the positive momentum we’re seeing within the community. Home and land values are steadily increasing, which indicates Talking Rock is evolving and maturing in the best possible way.”
The ranch-style homes, which offer owners a variety of design options, are universally imagined with outdoor living in mind. Courtyards, outdoor great rooms, fire pits and outdoor kitchens allow residents to take advantage of Prescott’s beautiful climate and the expansive views of the community’s peaceful ranch land, mountains and golf course landscape.
